Fast forward five years, summer of 2022. Walker's owners decided that they no longer wanted to breed and gave us the chance to move him back to our farm so that he could have his own group of girls and continue to produce outstanding foals. He is a very well-mannered, well-built jack that has produced some very nice foals in the past. We are looking forward to having a few more foals from him here at Hidden Assets. |

He has a spark in his eye that you can not miss, especially since he always comes up to see what you are doing in his pasture! He is a very sweet and fun foal to have around. |

He would much rather be with us then be with the rest of the herd. Cash thinks the only reason that we come out to the pasture is to see him. If we dare brush another donkey he pushes them out of the way, he knows we meant to brush him. Cash is in training to be our cart donkey. This could take a while we are all learning as we go. |

Gracie is a joy to have around, she gave George quite the suprise when she went up and started to scratch his knee! Being our first little girl, she will be staying on our farm. |

We have had his mom Cover Girl in the barn for a couple weeks just to make sure we didn't have a foal born in the pasture this time of year. Cover was bred in NC, it's not that cold this time of the year in NC but it was in the teens here on the day Secret was born. We had the heat lamp on and everything went good, but even Secret as little as he is thinks it's time to get out of the stall and see the world. |

We just thought she was fat. We had our future junior herd sire running with our jennies, he was only 11 months old. We figured he couldn't do anything. Wrong!! The worst part was Rosemary carried him for 14 months and 6 days. That is another reason he is Mr. Big we thought he would be full grown and walk right out. Luckily everything went fine with the delivery and he was little too! But he does think he is Mr. Big Stuff. |

Dawn is a first time mom, she has done a super job and is very protective. She is just now (at 3 weeks old) starting to let Wilma and Wendell play. |

We decided to call him Stormin because the night he was born we had a major storm with a confirmed tornado touching down about five miles from our house, of course in the middle of the storm I was outside checking on Amelia. You always know what she is thinking, she has more facial expressions then the rest of our donkeys put together. I don't know if that is good or not, especially when we are late with dinner. We have chose not to breed Mary because her back legs lock up from time to time and we do not want that passed to her foals but she continues to be a farm favorite because of her personality. |
